A reasonable estimated full-time rate for this position at 100% time is $7,147.67-$7,810.56 monthly. Percent appointments may vary. Position description The Department of Philosophy at UC Santa Barbara invites applicants for lecturer positions during the academic year, including summer. The Department is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and service. Salary is based on UC's salary scales and depends on qualifications. The posting will remain open until March 31, 2023 to accommodate department needs. Additional qualifications (required at time of start) More than one year of teaching experience. Preferred qualifications A Ph.D. in Philosophy is preferred but not required.
