As an Equal Opportunity employer supportive of affirmative efforts to achieve diversity among its faculty, Macalester College strongly encourages applicants from women, non-binary people, and members of historically underrepresented groups. International scholars will receive H-1B visa assistance if selected for this position. We acknowledge that Macalester College is located on the ancestral homeland of the Dakota people, who were forcibly exiled because of aggressive and persistent settler colonialism.
