Formal Social Epistemology Workshop
and Mentoring Event for Women/Minorities in Philosophy UC Irvine will be hosting a workshop from May 25-27th 2018 focusing on social epistemology and formal approaches to social epistemology. In conjunction with the workshop will be a networking and mentoring event for women/minority graduate students in philosophy. Travel grants and hosted accommodation are available for graduate students who would like to attend the workshop/event. All interested students should send an email to [email protected] with a paragraph describing their interests/reason for attending by January 31st 2018. (Preference will be given based on fit and location.) In addition, attending graduate students with relevant work will be invited to give 10-minute talks on their research or planned research.
